Unheard Shropshire

There are just over 2 weeks left until Unheard Shropshire – “Shropshire’s 1st Ever Live Telethon” which aims to raise £25,000 for the Lingen Davies Cancer Fund Appeal based at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.

The Telethon will kick off on 30th November 2012 via the Shropshire based County Channel TV online station. 10 music acts will perform to raise money, as the site says:

“Starting at 7:00pm, we’ll have a fantastic 6 hours of live music, guests, interviews, chat, testimonials, and specially made programmes about the Lingen Davies Cancer Fund. It’s going to be an amazing night of fun and fundraising with presenters Vicki Archer, Robert Harper, Rob Fanner, Nina Blakemore and Steph Wessell.”

The target for the fund raiser is £25,000 and every penny counts.
