Event: Keeping Pace With A Digital Revolution

21ccA new event “Keeping pace with a digital revolution” will be held, at the Royal Geographical Society, on 16th May 2012 (7:00 – 8:30pm) as part of the 21st Century Challenges public talk series.

The event will be chaired by Radio 4 presenter Justin Webb and speakers includes Dr. Aleks Krotoski, Ben Hammersley, and Nick Harkaway.

“The internet is rapidly evolving to play a central role in society, transforming social, cultural, economic and political landscapes. The benefits are clear, but are societies equipped to keep pace with the consequences of our increasing reliance on this technology?”
